What I need or require:

1. Education company website with all the standard pages
2. CMS ability for site so that later on I can add pages as per my wish.
3. Site may be in .Net or PHP or any other CMS package such as Joomla, Drupal or any other CMS.
4. Pages need to be optimized for search engine.
5. Site has to be tested for most browser
6. Site to be uploaded with my hosting company and tested
7. One month user testing post completion
8. Ongoing support should I need development work

It's new project, and provider has to start from the scratch.
